Adults Holiday classes
Looking to shake up your holidays with something fun, empowering, and totally unique? Our AerialCatz Adults Holiday Program is here — and you’re invited!
Whether you’re a seasoned aerialist or brand new to the air, our classes are designed to help you explore, move, and play in a supportive and welcoming environment. You don’t need to be a current student to join – so bring a friend and come hang out with us!
Our Holiday Classes Include:
💜 Lyra Love – Flow, spin, and fall in love with the hoop all over again.
💜 Tricky Trapeze – Learn new skills and spice up your aerial toolbelt with dynamic moves and clever combos.
💜 Sexy Hammock Flow – A slow and sultry session to build strength, confidence, and connection through movement.
💜 Tippy Lyra – Ready to level up? Embrace the chaos and challenge yourself on this wobbly and wild apparatus.
💜 Double Hammock – Double the fun and creativity with a partner (or make a new one on the day)!
🎟️ Open Training – Thursdays
Join us for self-guided practice time! Open to adult aerialists who want space to train, explore, or polish routines at their own pace.

Term 3 Maroochydore
- 🎪 Term 3 at AerialCatz Maroochydore – Let’s Fly Into Fun! Our Term 3 classes are just around the corner, and we’ve got something for everybody – from curious beginners to confident aerial stars! Join us for 10 weeks of fun, fitness, and creativity, running alongside the QLD school term from Monday 14th July to Friday 19th September. 💜 Classes for Ages 5 and Up Whether your child is dreaming of the circus or you’re an adult ready to try something new, we’ve got a class to match your vibe! Expect laughter, support, strength building, and a whole lot of upside-down fun. 🌟 What to Expect: -Friendly, experienced coaches -A welcoming, non-competitive environment -Skills in silks, lyra, trapeze, hammock & more -Confidence-building through movement and play -New friends, new tricks, and serious fun Ready to join the movement?
