Whether your child is completely new to circus or already loves aerials, our experienced coaches create a fun, encouraging and supportive environment where kids can build confidence, strength, creativity and new skills while making friends and having a great time.
Fun, safe and fully supervised, our workshops are perfect for keeping kids entertained, active and engaged during the school holidays.
All workshops are fully supervised drop-off sessions — drop the kids off and catch up on work or enjoy some time to yourself!

FAQs School Holiday Workshops
What ages are the workshops suitable for? Our School Holiday Circus Workshops are suitable for children aged 5–15 years. We offer different sessions and activities to suit different age groups and abilities.
Does my child need circus or aerial experience?Not at all! Our workshops are suitable for complete beginners through to kids with previous circus or aerial experience. Activities can be adapted to suit different skill levels.
What activities will my child do?Our workshops include a fun mix of aerials, acrobatics, tumbling, balancing, ground circus skills, games, creative activities, arts and crafts and more. We keep things varied, active and exciting throughout the session.
Are the workshops fully supervised? Yes! All workshops are fully supervised by our experienced AerialCatz coaches from arrival through to collection.
Can I drop my child off?Absolutely! Our workshops are designed as drop-off sessions, so parents can drop their children off and enjoy some time to themselves. You’re welcome to stay help your child settle in if needed.
What should my child wear?Comfortable clothing suitable for movement and activity is best. Leggings or longer pants are recommended for aerial activities to help protect the skin.
What should my child bring?Please bring a water bottle and snacks/lunch depending on the length of the workshop. We recommend packing enough food and water to keep them fuelled throughout the session.
What if my child has never done aerials before?That’s completely fine! We love introducing new kids to the world of circus and aerial arts. Our coaches will guide beginners through the activities and make sure they feel comfortable, supported and included.
Can my child attend with a friend or sibling?Definitely! We love seeing friends and siblings enjoy the workshops together. Just make sure each child has their own booking.
Can I book a workshop on the day?Bookings are essential and walk-ins cannot be accepted. Workshop numbers are capped, so we recommend booking early to avoid missing out.
Can I book more than one workshop?Yes! If your child loves circus, they’re welcome to attend multiple workshops throughout the holidays. Activities may vary between sessions, so there’s always something new to try!
What happens if my child is nervous?That’s completely normal! Our coaches are experienced in helping children settle into the studio and will encourage them at their own pace. We want every child to feel safe, welcome and confident while they try something new. Your are welcome to stay to help your child settle in.
What if my child has additional needs or requirements?Please contact our Admin Team before booking so we can chat about your child’s individual needs and determine whether we can safely accommodate them in the workshop.
